Planet Wind follows Australian renewable energy pioneer Andy Evans on a global quest to uncover the story of offshore wind, a powerful and ever-present force shaping humanity’s past, present, and future. As one of the cinematographers, I had the privilege of capturing this journey across thirteen countries, filming breathtaking landscapes and intimate interviews with over twenty offshore wind experts.

This documentary explores humanity’s evolving relationship with wind—spanning history, culture, and innovation—while revealing the real story behind offshore wind energy’s rise.
